 السيرة النبوية للأطفال The Prophet's biography for children

سارت الأيام سريعة، حتي مضي علي زواج رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم خمس عشرة عاما، أنجب فيهم كل ابناءه إلا ابراهيم الذي انجبه من مارية القبطية لاحقا ومات ايضاً وهو صغير، لكن في الخمس عشرة عام هذه انجب السيدة زينب والسيدة رقية والسيدة أم كلثوم والسيدة فاطمة ، لن نتحدث عنهم الآن بطريقة منفصلة ولكن من خلال الأحداث ، الآن... دعنا نتعرف علي كيف بدء الوحي لرسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم

1- الرؤيا الصالحة

عن عائشة أم المؤمنين أنها قالت: أول ما بدئ به رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من الوحي الرؤيا الصالحة في النوم، فكان لا يرى رؤيا إلا جاءت مثل فلق الصبح، ثم حبب إليه الخلاء)

والمقصود بفلق الصبح: أي تحدث كما رآها صلي الله عليه وسلم في الرؤيا او الحلم كأنها حقيقة في الصباح

ماذا يقول علم النفس عن من يحلم بأحلام كما يصنفوها (احلام تنبؤية)

من ضمن العلامات: شعور بالرهبة أو الطمأنينة بعد الإستيقاظ

غالبًا ما تحمل الأحلام النبوية جوًا مميزًا، إما شعورًا بالرهبة أو طمأنينة عميقة. قد يستيقظ من يرى أحلامًا نبوية وهو يشعر بالقلق أو الاضطراب بعد مشاهدة حدث مُقلق في حلمه. في المقابل، تُشعر بعض الأحلام النبوية بالسكينة والراحة، وكأنها تُطمئن بشأن نتائج المستقبل.

الشاهد

لا شك أن من يحلم من المسلمين اليوم بأحلام تنبؤية أو تحدث كما رآها في الحلم مباشرة يشعر أن شيء غريب يحدث ، وأن له رابطة مع السماء ، أو أنها هدية السماء لما يمر به المسلم من أحداث، فما بالنا بالرسالة السماوية للمصطفي صلي الله عليه وسلم، العلماء لم يذكروا نوعية الرؤي التي رآها رسول الله في بداية الوحي ، لكن لا شك أنه شعر أنه أصبح له محبة ورعاية خاصة من السماء صلي الله عليه وسلم.

2- صلصلة الجرس

عن عائشة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، أن الحارث بن هشام سأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: يا رسول الله، كيف يأتيك الوحي؟ قال: يأتيني أحياناً كصلصلة الجرس - وهو أشد عليّ، فينقطع عني فأفهم ما قال)

وصلصلة الجرس: هي الآلات النحاسية ترن رن له رجع

الآن: جاء دور علم النفس

ما الذي يحدث للإنسان عندما يسمع صوت مزعج جداً كالجرس النحاسي

فرط الحساسية السمعية

عندما يسمع الشخص صوتًا مزعجًا للغاية، مثل جرس نحاسي، فقد يُصاب بفرط الحساسية السمعية، وهي حساسية مفرطة لأصوات معينة. قد يؤدي ذلك إلى ضيق أو قلق، إذ قد يُثير الصوت استجابات عاطفية أو جسدية سلبية، وتختلف هذه الحساسية السمعية باختلاف الحساسية الفردية والسياق الثقافي والارتباطات الشخصية.

الشاهد

هل تتذكر جرس ما بعد استراحة منتصف النهار في المدرسة، الطلاب يتحدثون في وقت واحد ويأكلون ويشربون ويضحكون، حتي إذا رن الجرس شيء ما يحدث في النفس لضرورة الإنضباط والرجوع إلي الفصول، أقصد: هو مجرد مثال للتقريب: الله يعلم ما هي صلصة الجرس التي كان يسمعها سيدنا رسول الله، لكن الأهم أنها نوع من انواع الوحي الذي كان ينزل علي رسول اله لتكون انت وانا ونحن مسلمين، ولن نغفل أن الأصوات المزعجة تبعدك عن التفكير في الأشياء الآنية وتثير انتباهك لأقصي حد، فكر في جرس الإنذار، لذا كان رسول اله يقول أن أول ما ينفصم عنه هذه الصلصة يفهم عن سيدنا جبريل ما قال.

3 – حب الخلاء يعقبه الوحي المباشر

نرجع لحديث السيدة عائشة : ((وكان يخلو بغار حراء فيتحنث فيه - وهو التعبد - الليالي ذوات العدد قبل أن ينزع إلى أهله: أي يشتاق لأهله، ويتزود لذلك، ثم يرجع إلى خديجة فيتزود لمثلها)) واسمع لعلم النفس

أبرز صفات الشخص الذي يفضل العزلة

غالباً ما تتجذر صفات الشخص الذي يفضل العزلة في وعيه الذاتي، واستقلاليته، وتقديره للجودة على الكمية. يميل هؤلاء الأفراد إلى أن يكونوا واثقين، مكتفين ذاتياً، ومستقلين، ويكرهون النميمة. يقدرون العزلة كحالة يجدون فيها السلام والراحة، وهم على درجة عالية من الوعي الذاتي، يتأملون في أفكارهم ومشاعرهم وسلوكياتهم. كما أنهم يتقبلون الإبداع دون الحاجة إلى تحفيز خارجي، ويتمتعون بوعي ذاتي راسخ، يعرفون أنفسهم أفضل من معظم الناس.

العزلة – الوحشة من الناس وليس من الإعتزال – التأمل: كلها معاني لا يفهمهما إلا من قرب إلي الله تعالي، فكان الله تبارك وتعالي يهيأه حبيبه محمدا إلي امر جلل وقد كان.

الوحي المباشر

وبالرجوع لحديث السيدة عائئشة مرة اخري: (( حتى جاءه الحق وهو في غار حراء، فجاءه الملك فقال: اقرأ، قال: «ما أنا بقارئ»، قال: " فأخذني فغطني حتى بلغ مني الجهد ثم أرسلني، فقال: اقرأ، قلت: ما أنا بقارئ، فأخذني فغطني الثانية حتى بلغ مني الجهد ثم أرسلني، فقال: اقرأ، فقلت: ما أنا بقارئ، فأخذني فغطني الثالثة ثم أرسلني، فقال: {اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق) انتهي الحديث الشريف

لطالما تساءلت لماذا أتي سيدنا جبريل عليه السلام بهذه الطريقة الشديدة لرسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم وهو مسالم في غار ليلا وحده؟ هل تساءلت معي نفس السؤال ... اسمع لعلم النفس

عندما يشعر الإنسان بالخوف، يستجيب جسمه باستجابة سريعة تُعرف برد فعل "الكر والفر". تُحفز هذه الاستجابة اللوزة الدماغية، وهي مركز الإنذار الرئيسي في الدماغ، عند استشعارها لتهديد مُحتمل. تُرسل اللوزة الدماغية إشارة استغاثة إلى منطقة ما تحت المهاد، مما يُنشط الجهاز العصبي والغدد الصماء لإفراز هرمونات ونواقل عصبية مثل الكورتيزول والدوبامين والنورأدرينالين والأدرينالين. تُهيئ هذه المواد الكيميائية الجسم للتحرك، فتزيد من معدل ضربات القلب والتنفس وتوتر العضلات، وتُعيد توجيه تدفق الدم إلى الأعضاء والعضلات الحيوية. صُممت استجابة الجسم للاستعداد للتحرك الفوري، سواءً لمواجهة التهديد أو الهروب منه.

هل تتذكر معي سيدنا موسي عليه السلام عندما كلمه الله تعالي أول امر امره به (فاخلع نعليك) وماذا يقول العلماء عن هذا المعني: معاني كثيرة ومنها: اخلع أمر الدنيا برمته الزوجة والأولاد، هنا نفس الأمر، فاخلع يا محمد الزوجة والأولاد والناس من ذاكرتك للحظات ستستجيب بها السماء لتضرعك وتأملك وبحثك عن الله تعالي، سيعرفك من هو سبحانه، وسيعرف البشرية بخير دين نزل من السماء هو الدين الخاتم هو الإسلام.

بداية الوحي

The days passed quickly, and fifteen years had passed since the Prophet Muhammad's marriage. During this time, he had all his children except Ibrahim, whom he had with Maria al-Qibtiyya later on, and who also died young. However, in these fifteen years, he also had Zaynab, Ruqayya, Umm Kulthum, and Fatima. We will not discuss them separately now, but rather through the events of the story. Now, let's learn how the revelation began for the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

1- The True Dream (The Vision)

Aisha, the mother of the Believers, said: "The first thing with which the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) began receiving revelation was the true dream in his sleep. He would not see a dream except that it came to pass like the break of dawn. Then solitude was made dear to him."

The meaning of "break of dawn" is that the dreams he (peace and blessings be upon him) saw came to pass exactly as he saw them in the dream, as if they were reality in the morning.

What does psychology say about those who have dreams that are classified as prophetic dreams?

Among the signs: a feeling of awe or reassurance after waking up, Often Prophetic dreams carry a distinctive atmosphere, evoking either a sense of awe or profound tranquility. Those who experience prophetic dreams may awaken feeling anxious or disturbed after witnessing a disturbing event in their dream. Conversely, some prophetic dreams bring a sense of peace and comfort, as if offering reassurance about future outcomes.

The witness

Undoubtedly, any Muslim today who experiences prophetic dreams, or dreams that unfold exactly as seen in the dream, feels that something extraordinary is happening, that he has a connection with Heaven, or that it is a gift from Heaven in response to the events he is experiencing. So, what about the divine message of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)? Scholars have not specified the nature of the visions the Messenger of God saw at the beginning of revelation, but there is no doubt that he felt he had gained special love and care from Heaven (peace and blessings be upon him).

2- The Ringing of the Bell

 On the authority of Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that Al-Harith ibn Hisham asked the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him), "O Messenger of God, how does revelation come to you?" He said: “Sometimes it comes to me like the clanging of a bell—and it is more intense for me, then it stops, and I understand what he said.”

The clanging of a bell refers to the ringing of brass instruments.

Now: Let's turn to psychology

What happens to a person when they hear a very unpleasant sound like a brass bell?

The auditory hypersensitivity

 When a person hears an extremely unpleasant sound, such as a brass bell, they may develop auditory hypersensitivity, which is an exaggerated sensitivity to certain sounds. This can lead to distress or anxiety, as the sound may trigger negative emotional or physical responses. This auditory sensitivity varies depending on individual sensitivity, cultural context, and personal associations.

The Witness

Do you remember the bell after midday break at school? The students would be talking, eating, drinking, and laughing all at once. Then, when the bell rang, something stirred within them, a sense of the need for discipline and a return to their classrooms. I mean, this is just an example to illustrate: God knows what kind of ringing the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) heard, but more importantly, it was a form of divine revelation sent down to him so that you, I, and all of us might become Muslims. We shouldn't forget that jarring sounds distract you from immediate thoughts and capture your attention to the fullest extent. Think of the alarm bell. That's why the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that the first thing after he heard this sound, He understand what He said. 

3 – The Love of Solitude Followed by Direct Revelation

Let's return to the hadith of Aisha: “He would retreat to the cave of Hira and devote himself to worship for a number of nights before returning to his family. That is, he would long for his family and prepare provisions for that, then he would return to Khadija and prepare provisions for a similar period.” And consider this from psychology:

The most prominent characteristics of a person who prefers solitude:

The characteristics of a person who prefers solitude are often rooted in their self-awareness, independence, and appreciation of quality over quantity. These individuals tend to be confident, self-sufficient, and independent, and they dislike gossip. They value solitude as a state in which they find peace and comfort. They possess a high degree of self-awareness, reflecting on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They also embrace creativity without needing external stimulation, enjoy a strong sense of self-awareness, and know themselves better than most people.

The witness

Isolation – loneliness from people and not from seclusion – contemplation: all meanings that only those close to God Almighty can understand. God Almighty was preparing His beloved Muhammad for a momentous matter, and so it was.

The Direct Revelation

Returning to the hadith of Aisha (may God be pleased with her) once more: “The truth came to him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and said, ‘Read!’ He said, ‘I cannot read.’ He said, ‘So he seized me and squeezed me until I was exhausted, then released me and said, “Read!” I said, “I cannot read.” He seized me and squeezed me a second time until I was exhausted, then released me and said, “Read!” I said, “I cannot read.” He seized me and squeezed me a third time, then released me and said, “Read in the name of your Lord who created.”’” (End of hadith)

I have often wondered why the Angel Gabriel (peace be upon him) came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) in such a severe manner when he was peacefully alone in a cave at night. Have you wondered the same thing? Listen to psychology:

When a person feels fear

 Their body responds with a rapid reaction known as the “fight-or-flight” response. This response activates the amygdala, the brain’s main alarm center, which senses a potential threat. The amygdala sends a distress signal to the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus activates the nervous and endocrine systems to release hormones and neurotransmitters such as cortisol, dopamine, norepinephrine, and adrenaline. These chemicals prepare the body for action, increasing heart rate, respiration, and muscle tension, and redirecting blood flow to vital organs and muscles. The body's response is designed to be ready for immediate action, whether to confront a threat or to flee from it.

The Witness

 Do you remember when God Almighty spoke to Moses, peace be upon him, and the first command He gave him was, "Take off your sandals"? What do scholars say about this meaning? There are many meanings, including: to set aside all worldly concerns—wife and children. The same applies here. So, O Muhammad, set aside your wife, children, and people from your mind for a moment, and the heavens will respond to your supplication, contemplation, and search for God Almighty. He will reveal to you who He is, and He will reveal to humanity the best religion that has descended from heaven—the final religion, Islam.
