Mrs. Fatima - may Allah pleased Her السيدة فاطمة

Who is Lady Fatima - may God be pleased with her and grant her peace?
She is Fatima, the daughter of the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Her mother is Khadija, the Mother of the Believers. She was the youngest daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and she was the leader of the women of the world. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stated that many men attained perfection, but only four women attained it. Lady Fatima (may God be pleased with her) is one of these four. Anas (may God be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: "Sufficient for you among the women of the world are Mary, daughter of Imran, Khadija bint Khuwaylid, Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, and Asiya, the wife of Pharaoh." (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi
in his Sunan)
Umm Abiha( the mother of her father) was born while the Kaaba was being built
Abu Amr reported from al-Waqidi that she was born while the Kaaba was being built, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was thirty-five years old. Al-Madaini also confirmed this. It was also said that her birth occurred shortly before the mission, about a year or more. She was about five years older than Aisha. The lineage of the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) ceased in early Muharram of the year two, four months after Aisha. She was known by the nickname Umm Abiha
Her Noble Titles, may God be pleased with her
Al-Zahra
As for the reason for calling Lady Fatima Al-Zahra, it is due to her skin color. She was known for her white, reddish complexion. It is said that men with such skin are called "Al-Azhar," and women with this complexion are called "Al-Zahra." Lady Fatima was known for her radiant, bright complexion. It was also said that her face was "Al-Zahra," which tended toward red. She was called Al-Zahra as a form of praise for herself and her father, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It was also said that she was beautiful and extremely beautiful, like her father, who was known to have a bright complexion and whose sweat was like pearls.
The Virgin
Because she was devoted to God Almighty or because she had no desire for men
Her Father's Mother
Because she treated him well and cared for him with great care.
Abu Bakr and Umar proposed marriage to Fatima for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), but he refused
Umar said, "You are hers, O Ali." He replied, "I have nothing but my armor that I vowed." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) married him to Fatima. When news of this reached Fatima, she began to cry. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her and said, "What makes you cry, O Fatima? By Allah, I have married you to the most knowledgeable, wisest, and most devout of people"
The engagement and marriage of Ali to Fatima, may God be pleased with them both
It has been mentioned in books of hadith, biographies, and translations. Ibn Kathir narrated it in Al-Sirah Al-Nabawi and Al-Bayhaqi in Al-Dala'il on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said: “I proposed to Fatima to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. A female slave of mine said: ‘Did you know that Fatima was proposed to the Messenger of God?’ I said: ‘No.’ She said: ‘She has been proposed to, so what prevents you from going to the Messenger of God so that he may marry you to her?’ I said: ‘Do I have anything with which to marry?’ She said: ‘If you go to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he will marry you.’ By God, she kept begging me until I entered upon the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. When I sat before him, I was overwhelmed with awe and awe. By God, I was unable to speak out of majesty and awe. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: ‘What brought you? Do you have a need?’ I remained silent. Then he said: ‘Perhaps you have come to propose to Fatima?’ I said: ‘Yes.’ He said: ‘Do you have anything with you?’ Do you consider it permissible for you to do so? I said: No, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah! He said: What did you do with the armor that I gave you? I said: By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, it is a broken armor, not worth four dirhams. I said: I have it. He said: I have married it to you. So he sent it to her and made it permissible for her to do so. If it was for the dowry of Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), then it was permissible for her to do so. In a narration by al-Nasa’i and authenticated by al-Albani, it is narrated that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I married Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), and I said: O Messenger of Allah! Consummate the marriage with me (allow me to consummate the marriage). He said: Give her something. I said: I do not have anything. He said: Where is your broken armor? I said: I have it. He said: Give it to her. Your Hutaimiyyah armor is attributed to a clan of Abd al-Qays called Hutamah ibn Muharib who used to make armor.
The Marriage Equipment and Furniture
The marriage of Ali and Fatima, may God be pleased with them both, was an easy, facilitated, and blessed marriage for a couple whose hearts were untouched by the world. Their wedding equipment and furniture included: a velvet cloth, a water skin, and a leather pillow stuffed with palm fibers or plants. Ali, may God be pleased with him, said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, furnished Fatima with a velvet cloth, a water skin, and a leather pillow stuffed with idhkhar (a fragrant plant).” Narrated by Ahmad. In Ibn Hibban’s narration: “He ordered them to prepare her. He made for her a bed with a slit, and an leather pillow stuffed with palm fibers.”
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, blessed them on the night of their wedding
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to Ali on the night of Fatima’s wedding: “Do not speak until you meet me.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, called for water, performed ablution, and then gave it to Ali and said: “O God, bless them both, and bless…” May God bless them and their offspring.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Asma' bint Umays to prepare the house
He prayed the 'Isha' prayer and sent for Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). She came with Umm Ayman Barakat al-Habashiyya, the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) freedwoman, until she sat in one corner of the house, with Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) in the other. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came after he had prayed the last 'Isha' prayer and said, "Is she here, my brother?" Umm Ayman said, "Did your brother marry your daughter?" He said, "Yes, he is like my brother in status and brotherhood, so it is not forbidden for me to marry my daughter to him." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered and said to Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), "Bring me some water." So she stumbled with her garment out of shyness, to a large cup in the house, and brought water into it. He took it and swept it, that is, he put it in his mouth and threw it into the bottom of the cup, which was a large cup. Then he said to her: “Come in.” So she came forward, and he sprinkled water over her breasts and over her head, and said: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You and my offspring from the accursed Satan.” Then he said: “Go back.” So she turned around and he poured it between her shoulders. Then he did the same to Ali, and then he said to him: “Enter to your family with Allah’s blessing and blessings.” Her dowry, may Allah be pleased with her, was four hundred dirhams of silver, and Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, fell down in prostration, thanking Allah, the Almighty and Majestic.
She was the youngest daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the one who accompanied him the longest.
Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) was the youngest daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Zainab was the first, followed by Ruqayyah (may Allah be pleased with her), Umm Kulthum (may Allah be pleased with her), and Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her). She was the longest-serving companion of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) children, and the most beloved of them to him.
Ibn Hajar said in his book "Al-Isabah"
"Fatima was the youngest daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the most beloved of them to him." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said about her: "Fatima is a part of me, so whoever angers her angers me." Narrated by Al-Bukhari.
Ali's (may Allah be pleased with him) Wedding Banquet
A sa' of barley, dates, and hees (dates mixed with ghee). It was also said that she was given a ram from Sa'd and a sa' of corn from a group of the Ansar. Their bed on their wedding night was a ram's skin. Ali was twenty-one years and five months old at the time.
Her children from Ali ibn Abi Talib
The number of Fatima al-Zahra's children and their names. Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) had five children: three sons:
al-Hasan, al-Husayn, and Muhsin and two daughters:
Umm Kulthum and Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with them all).
In a narration by al-Tabarani, authenticated by al-Albani,
(al-Hasan and al-Husayn are the masters of the youth of Paradise.)
The Story of Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him): He Wanted to Marry Another Woman After Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her)
On the authority of Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say while he was on the pulpit: “The Banu Hisham ibn Al-Mughira (may Allah be pleased with him) asked my permission to marry their daughter to Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), but I refused them permission. Then I will not give them permission unless Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) wishes to divorce my daughter and marry their daughter, for she is a part of me. What pains them pains me.”
The Examples from her life, may God be pleased with her
1- Removing the remains of roots from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was praying in the Kaaba
- While the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying near the Kaaba, Abu Jahl and his companions were sitting. A camel had been slaughtered the day before, Abu Jahl said, "Which of you will go to the placenta of the camel of the Banu So-and-so, take it, and place it on Muhammad's shoulders when he prostrates?" Then the most wretched of the people got up and took it. When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, prostrated, he placed it between his shoulders. He said: They laughed, and some of them began to lean on others, while I was standing watching. If I had any power, I would have thrown it off the back of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was prostrating, not raising his head until someone went and informed Fatimah. She came, and she was a young girl. So she threw it away from him, then turned to them, cursing them. When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, finished his prayer, he raised his voice, then invoked God’s curse upon them. When he invoked, he would invoke God’s curse three times, and when he asked something, he would ask something three times. Then he said, “O God, take revenge on the Quraysh” three times. When they heard his voice, their laughter stopped and they feared his invocation. Then he said, “O God, take revenge on Abu Jahl ibn Hisham and Utbah ibn Rabi’ah.” And Shaybah ibn Rabi'ah, and al-Walid ibn Uqbah, and Umayyah ibn Khalaf, and Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt, and he mentioned the seventh, but I did not remember it. By the One Who sent Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the truth, I saw those he named fall down on the day of Badr, then they were dragged to the well - the well of Badr
2- Her life, may God be pleased with her, was poor and austere
In fact, it was closer to austerity and harshness. Because Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), despite his great status, was not fortunate in wealth, she lived a simple, modest life in her home. She would grind and knead her bread by hand, while managing all the other affairs of her household, in addition to fulfilling her husband's duties. When she grew tired of housework and the grinding mill was taking its toll on her, she asked her father (peace and blessings be upon him) for a servant to help her. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) guided her to what was best for her. Muslim narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): "Fatima came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asking him for a servant, complaining about the work. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, 'What do you find with us?' He said, 'Shall I not guide you to something that is better for you than a servant? Say Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-Tahmid (Praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, and Takbir (Allah is Great) thirty-four times when you go to bed.'"
Al-Qurtubi said
"He only referred her to remembrance as a substitute for Supplication when needed, or because he loved for his daughter what he loved for himself, which is preferring poverty, and bearing its severity with patience, to magnify her reward.
3- Why did Lady Fatima cry and then laugh when the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) died?
The Prophet's advice to Lady Fatima al-Zahra: Why did Fatima cry and then laugh when the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) spoke to her? When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was about to face his final illness and death, he told Fatima (may God be pleased with her) in her ear that he would die during this illness, so she wept and grieved. Then he told her that she would be the first of his family to join him and that she was the leader of Muslim women, so she laughed. Aisha (may God be pleased with her) then came to her and asked her about what had made her laugh and cry, but she refused to tell her. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) died, she repeated the question, and she told her the truth.
4- She was the first person the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) would visit when he returned from a journey.
Whenever the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) returned from a journey, the first thing he would do would be to go to the House of God (Glory be to Him) and pray two rak'ahs there. Then he would go to his daughter Fatimah (may God be pleased with her), greet her, and sit next to her. Once, after leaving the mosque, he sat next to her and greeted her. When she saw his disheveled state, she wept. The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) told her not to weep, for this matter would be fulfilled.
5- Throwing a cloak over her and her family
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once met Fatima, Ali, Hassan, and Hussein. He took a cloak and threw it over them all, then said: "O God, these are my family. O God, remove all impurity from them and purify them thoroughly."
The Hadiths on her virtues - may God be pleased with her and satisfy her
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him,
He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, looked at Ali, Fatima, al-Hasan, and al-Husayn and said: "I am at war with those who wage war against you, and at peace with those who are at peace with you."
On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:
"By the One in whose hand is my soul, no one hates us, the People of the House, except that God will cast him into Hellfire." It was also narrated from him, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Fatima is the leader of the women of Paradise, except for Mary, the daughter of Imran."
On the authority of Abdullah ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who said:
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to Fatima, may God be pleased with her: "God He will not punish you or your child.”
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said,
While he was in the illness from which he died: “O Fatima, are you not pleased to be the leader of the women of the worlds, the leader of the women of this nation, and the leader of the women of the believers?” (Narrated by al-Hakim, who said afterward: This is a sahih chain of transmission, but they did not narrate it in this way.)
The Death of Lady Fatima, may God be pleased with her and satisfy her
What did Lady Fatima ask for before her death?
It was reported that Fatimah - may God be pleased with her - one day conveyed her complaint to Asma bint Umays, which was that when women were taken to be buried, the shroud was a representation of her, describing her. She hated for her body to be described when she died, so Asma bint Umays - may God be pleased with her - told her what she had seen in Abyssinia, which was that when the dead person was shrouded, moist, bent leaves were placed on him so that the folds of his body would not be visible. Fatimah was pleased with that and instructed Asma that if I die, wash me with Ali and do not allow anyone to enter. When God - the Almighty and Exalted - took her soul, Aisha, the Mother of the Believers - may God be pleased with her - came to help wash her, but Asma did not allow her to enter to her. Aisha was surprised by that and complained about the matter to her father, Abu Bakr. He came to Asma and she said that Fatimah had instructed that, so Abu Bakr returned, and she - may God be pleased with her - was like that. The first person to cover her coffin in Islam.
Our Master Abu Bakr sought her approval before her death, may God be pleased with her
When Fatima (may God be pleased with her) fell ill with her final illness, from which she died, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may God be pleased with him) came to her and asked permission to enter upon her. He then came back and apologized to her so that she would be pleased with him, saying, "By God, I only left my home, wealth, family, and tribe to seek the pleasure of God, His Messenger, and your pleasure, the members of the Household." So she was pleased with him and forgave him.
She died approximately five months after the death of the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him).
She had lived approximately twenty-five years, may God have mercy on her. It has been said that she lived twenty-nine years, but the former is more accurate.
She, may God be pleased with her, was younger than the Prophet's two daughters, may God bless him and grant him peace.
Zainab, the wife of Abu al-'As, and Ruqayyah, the wife of Uthman ibn 'Affan, may God be pleased with them all. The Prophet's (may God bless him and grant him peace) lineage ceased except for her. This was because all of the Prophet's (may God bless him and grant him peace) daughters born to other Prophets died.
Fatima, may God be pleased with her, died on a Tuesday night
Her husband and Asma bint Umays, may God be pleased with them both, washed her. Her father's uncle, al-'Abbas ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib, may God be pleased with him, prayed over her. He descended into her grave with Ali ibn Abi Talib and al-Fadl, may God be pleased with them all. She was buried at night.
We learn from her story, may God be pleased with her and grant her satisfaction, the following
1- We are a people who do not pessimize, but rather are optimistic, even in the darkest of circumstances. However, never underestimate some of the things that surround you on an occasion, such as the birth of Lady Fatima, may God be pleased with her, and the construction of the Kaaba. She heralded a new religion that would change the face of the universe, and a blessing and mercy.
2- The Arabs used to give nicknames to girls and boys alike. She was called "Al-Zahraa" (white face and redish), "Al-Batool" (virgin), and "Umm Abiha" (mother of her father). You are certainly an expert in the fact that nicknames are characteristics of the person you give them. In psychology, nicknames have a profound impact, whether good or bad. For example, if you call someone: the lame or "Al-A'ma" (the blind), they will be sad, even if only internally. If you call someone "Doctor," they will be ingrained in their mind that they are doctors from an early age. wish parents would give their children nicknames again. It's an Arab instinct. Why don't we return to it?
3- Abu Bakr and Umar ibn al-Khattab, the most senior Companions in age and position, asked the prophet to marry him. The Messenger of God married her to the poor young man, Ali ibn Abi Talib. How did Muslims come up with the idea of marrying a young girl to an older man unless she agreed to it? The incident of the Messenger of God with Aisha—an incident that is not the basis, but rather a semblance of a characteristic of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace—doesn't belong here. Rather, it belongs among the doubtful matters, and it has its own place—God willing.
4- Her dowry was modest. Her life was simple. She glorified God while working hard for a girl in her twenties. These days, a woman in her twenties leaves all her affairs to her mother under the pretext that she is young. She marries even if she is not served by more than one servant, leaving the house disorganized. If only we knew that an tidy home equals an organized mind. Glorification is part of the lives of Muslims in the end times, as it began, replacing some food and some fatigue. God Almighty says in the Quran, "And glorify the praises of your Lord before [the time of] dawn." At the rising of the sun and before its setting, and during the hours of the night, and at the ends of the day, that you may be satisfied. The point of glorifying God at the beginning and end of the day is contentment. We live with contentment, not happiness. As they say, if happiness is momentary, then contentment is eternal. We complete our lives with contentment, O twenty-year-old woman. May God make you happy and grant you success in your life. Most importantly, do not look for happiness in a husband, money, or anything else - may God grant you what you want - but rather in work. They said yesterday: At work, a person forgets himself and forgets to search for happiness, and this is the secret to happiness. remain busy, and you will not search for your husband's faults, and neither does he. Only the empty ones, inside and out, are preoccupied with faults.
5- A brave woman who stood up and shouted at the men of Quraysh, or call them "the children of Quraysh," who laughed at the remnants of the slaughter on the neck of the Messenger of God and swayed with laughter, forgetting that laughter kills awe in hearts. Thus, her father's mother defended her father.
6- Even in her death and her declaration of what frightened her, may God be pleased with her and satisfy her, she was different from everyone around her. and you wear what is inappropriate for the status of the identity card you carry (Islam), while many people are under the servitude of robots or the worship of statues or other things. If you want a brave, strong, religious fighter, like Ali then , you must be Fatima in yourself.
7- If you notice: She has been given good tidings that she will be one of the ladies of Paradise. Do you know the meaning of this? In this world, we say Princess So-and-so, the First Lady of the State, the Queen, and other titles. She is not a lady among the ladies of Paradise, but rather the lady of the ladies of Paradise, meaning a high-ranking position in Paradise, the width of which is the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous, next to Allah Almighty, His Messenger, the elite of the righteous, the prophets, and the martyrs. So, she will be known by name on the Day of Resurrection to everyone who enters Paradise, regardless of the era, from the era of the Prophethood or the eras after it until the Day of Resurrection. Everyone will point to her by name in Paradise. What kind of position is this? And what titles do we want and die to obtain in this world? So, peace be upon you, O Fatima Al-Zahra. O Lord, grant us to meet Her in Paradise, the width of which is the heavens and the earth.
